Viewing Trips
If you have found at least 2 properties that suit your needs we advise you to book a viewing visit. Whatever the quality and quantity of the pictures we provide, you should check in person what the property gives you in terms of feeling and other sensations that cannot be conveyed in a picture.
Sicilian Homes will give you advice on how to get here, where to go for accommodation, and what to do in your spare time.
We will do anything we can to make your viewing trip an occasion for an enjoyable short break holiday, but our main goal is to show you the properties you have chosen and the areas around them to get the feel of the place.
BOOK YOUR VIEWING DATES NOW!
We offer two different ways of viewing trip service:
If you have rented a car and you feel familiar with driving in Sicily we can meet you at the property locations and
show you the house and the surrounding areas as you would do it in your own country.
We suggest that you see no more than 3 properties per day to view; you do not want to rush from one place to
another to then go back with a long list of unanswered questions. Sometime properties can be few km distance from
each other; through a careful planning Sicilian Homes will make sure you make the most of your time during site
visits.
If you do not drive and/or wish to leave it to us while enjoining the Sicilian sceneries we can pick you up at your hotel
accommodation, take you for viewing and leave you back where we started the trip.
We do charge € 150 for this service, which will cover for travel expensive like petrol and motorway tolls.
This fee will need to be paid in advance before the departure date, and it will be fully refunded if you purchase a
property through Sicilian Homes (subject to Terms and Conditions).
In both cases a full detailed journey schedule will be decided with you before your arrival.
